Why are my leads not being captured or synced with my CRM?

Check Lead Pop Settings in the Video
Go to your video → Campaigns → Lead Pop.
Ensure it is toggled ON.
Confirm the correct Lead Campaign is selected.
Check the timer to ensure the Lead Pop appears at the intended moment.

Verify CRM Connection
Go to Settings → Email Integrations.
Confirm your CRM (e.g., GoHighLevel, MailChimp) is connected.
For list-based CRMs, refresh and select the correct list in the Lead Pop settings.

Test the Lead Form
Paste the direct link of your video in your browser or open the landing page with your embedded video.
Submit a test lead.
Check that the lead appears in your CRM list.

Review Lock Time Settings
If using a Lock Time, confirm it’s set correctly to pause the video and display the form.
