Why won’t my video appear or play on my landing page?

Confirm that embed code is in the HTML embed element of your page builder and that the domain is added in your eboov account.

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting

1. Confirm Domain is Added

   • Go to Settings (sidebar) → Domains.

   • Ensure the domain of your landing page and the domain of your webpage builder (ex: gohighlevel.com, wordpress.com, etc.) is listed.

   • Add it if missing and click Submit.

2. Verify Embed Codes

   • Open the video → click Embed.

   • Make sure you copied your embed code into your page builder’s HTML box.

   1. Preview

      • Save your changes in the page builder.

      • Preview the page in your browser to confirm the video loads.

Extra Context / Troubleshooting

• If the video works on one page but not another, check that both page URLs belong to added domains.

• Some browser extensions (like ad blockers) can interfere—test in an incognito window.
