How to Navigate Your Dashboard

Your eboov dashboard is organized into sections on the left-hand sidebar that give you access to setup, videos, lead campaigns, analytics, training, live calls, and support.

Step-by-Step Overview

1. Getting Set Up

• Click the Quickstart Setup tab in the left sidebar to follow a step-by-step tutorial that mirrors the setup call.

• If you need additional help setting up your account, schedule your Done-For-You Setup Call with our team.

2. Dashboard Overview

• From your main Dashboard, you can:

  • Upload a new video

  • Create a new Lead Pop campaign

  • View your most recent videos

  • Check your performance stats

3. Videos & Campaigns

• Videos → Add and manage videos, with optional DRM protection (checkbox).

• Campaigns → Create and customize Lead Pop campaigns, then connect them to your CRM.

4. Analytics & First Party Pixel

• Analytics → Access detailed stats for specific eboov videos.

• First Party Pixel (FPP) → Set up your First Party Pixel (FPP) so your pixel isn’t blocked by browsers or ad blockers. This also ensures accurate retargeting.

5. Settings

• Connect your domain so videos play smoothly when embedded on your website.

• CRM Integrations → Connect your CRM directly to eboov. If your CRM doesn't have a direct integration you can use our app in Zapier to connect.

• Integrate with ad platforms like Facebook and Google for audience tracking and retargeting.

6. Video-Level Settings & Embeds

• Once videos are uploaded and connected, you can:

  • Add a thumbnail

  • Attach Lead Pop forms

  • Add CTA buttons

  • Review analytics

  • Enable Facebook & Google retargeting

  • Apply FPP for that video

• To publish:

  1. Click Embed

  2. Copy both Code #1 and Code #2

  3. Paste them into the HTML section of your page builder

7. Training & Knowledge Center

• Caster Method Training → Strategies for turning leads into customers.

• Mind Map → A birds eye view of the Casper Method (who we target with ads, how we build custom audiences, our follow up process and group demo)

• Knowledge Center includes:

  • Ads Training → Step-by-step for Facebook & YouTube ad campaigns.

  • Marketing Blitz → Six-step training on scaling to 7–8 figures.

  • Bonus Trainings:

    • VSL Workshop (how to create your own scripts for VSLs, ads, and emails)

    • Teleprompter training (record pro videos on your phone)

    • Find an Editor training (work with skilled editors to improve your videos)

8. Live Calls (Pro Members Only)

• Access the Live Call section if you’re a Pro member.

• See the full monthly calendar of upcoming consulting calls.

• Use these calls to ask experts questions about ads, videos, and scaling your business.

9. Help & Launch Steps

• Launch Steps → In depth tutorials for setup, including:

  • Setting up eboov custom audiences

  • Connecting your CRM

  • Connecting ad accounts

  • Setting up custom audiences on Facebook and Google

• Tech Support Calls → If you’ve completed setup but still need help, schedule a live support call directly from this section.

Extra Context / Troubleshooting

• Stats not updating? Wait a few minutes; data sync may be delayed.

• Missing features? Some options (like Live Calls) are only available to Pro members.

• Embed not working? Ensure you copied both embed codes into your page builder's Custom HTML code embed box.
