Question
My GoHighLevel (GHL) integration disconnected from eboov. How do I reconnect it?
Quick Answer
Log out of GoHighLevel completely, then walk through the authorization steps again inside eboov. Finally, choose your GHL sub-account, click the GHL Marketplace tab in your browser and click next. Test your Lead Pop to ensure leads are flowing correctly.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Fully Log Out of Your GoHighLevel Account/Sub-Account
Before reintegrating, you must completely reset your session:
Open GoHighLevel in your browser.
Click your profile icon → Log Out/Sign Out
Close that browser tab entirely to avoid cached sessions interfering.
This ensures that when you reconnect, GoHighLevel prompts the correct authorization request.
2. Start the GoHighLevel Integration Process in eboov
Log in to your eboov dashboard.
On the side menu go to Settings → Email Integrations.
Find GoHighLevel in the list of direct integrations.
Click Generate Authorization Code
Choose your GoHighLevel Sub-Account and sign in using your GHL credentials.
3. Click the GoHighLevel Marketplace Tab In Your Browser
Once GoHighLevel loads the authorization screen, you must complete the Marketplace approval step:
In your web browser click on the tab titled Marketplace (see screenshot below)
Scroll if needed and click the Next button to finish connection.
If you do not see confirmation, refresh the page and try again.
5. Test Your Lead Pop
After reconnecting, always test your Lead Pop to confirm leads flow properly:
Go to Campaigns → Lead Campaigns in eboov.
Open your Lead Pop settings.
Hover over Settings → click Leads → under Lead Integration choose GoHighLevel to connect to Lead Pop.
Submit a test email through your live funnel or landing page.
Check your GoHighLevel account:
Open Contacts
Confirm your test entry appears in the correct list or pipeline stage
If the lead appears in GHL, the integration is successfully restored.
Extra Context / Troubleshooting
If the connection doesn’t stick, clear your browser cache and repeat the process.
Make sure you are connecting the correct sub-account in GHL.
If you use multiple GoHighLevel accounts, log out of all of them before reconnecting.
